You can't control renewal stuff, you can only control the email that
is sent at registration.

At the main menu, click on "Tech Contact Information". At the bottom
of that page you'll see "Email message to customer". Click on the
"Configure Message" link beside it. You'll get a page that lets you
add affiliates and customize the welcome messages generated when
domains are registered under that affiliate ID.

Your best option to cater to your affiliates for renewals is probably
to have your renewal messages look as generic as possible, with a link
that looks up the domain in a database you control. You can then
customize the "look" of the output (whois, registrant info, whatever)
on the basis of your own affiliate records, sort of the way OpenSRS'
own transfer page works, with the "rid" variable.

Until OpenSRS provides more complete control of the affiliate database,
doing it yourself is really the only way to get it done.
