That hasn't been determined, but what we are going to do is:

a) send a list of nameservers to pre-populate
b) add any ones we don't know of as registrations go live

This will make any domains with b) a *weeeee* bit slower (not that I'm
expecting a new live registry to be blazingly fast anyway) but the
combination of a) and b) should make this a non-issue for the first while
