info 'auth code' again

Hallo,

since end of December 2001 I tried to obtain the 'auth code' from several registrars to
complete a transfer to my account.
(I had to send 3 emails to afilias)
Still 3 registrars
- Namesecure.com
- Register.com
- Epag.de
are refusing to provide the 'auth code'

I have meanwhile spent about $US 100 for phone calls + another $US 100 to send
Namesecure.com a notarized letter, a letter by registered email.

But I do not get the 'auth code' from Namesecure. Meanwhile this had some financial
consequences for me, because I could not use the domain and a client cancelled
a web project together with the domain.

Are there any other standard steps ?
(except engaging a advocat, which is quite complicated because I am located in Europe)

Should I write a letter by normal mail to Afilias and would it be possible that Afilias will
do a tranfer even if Namesecure is opposing a transfer?
