No trouble:

This explanation went out a couple weeks ago with a reseller update.

Renewals: Renewals are now facilitated on the
www.certificateregistration.com website. The buy process is the same, the
codes used are the same, the process is the same except you now have the
option to select 'Renew your Web Certificate' after the code is entered. If
you recall the password that you created the previous year all the data will
be pre-populated. Assuming no changes to the contact information all you
will have to do is enter generate and submit a new CSR (Certificate Signing
Request). The company for which the certificate is requested will still get
a confirmation call but there should be no new document faxing required.

Note: Do not be confounded by the statement "the codes used are the same".
This is to say that they are the same in nature (i.e. you don't have to
identify the fact that you are going to use the code for renewal when you
purchase it - which is why the buy process in the RWI has not changed at
all), not to say use the exact same code you used last year. Once the codes
are used and the certificate has been issued that code is forever lost,
never to be used again. You can throw it away, write it on the bathroom
wall, play keycode poker with your workmates but you can't ever use it again
to register a certificate.

Hope this helps. If you have any further questions, let me know.

Regards
