Premium .tv domains are a little tricky. There is no "discount". The .tv registry retains complete control over names they decide are premium. Any premium requests are automatically referred to them. All renewal business goes straight to them.
However, .tv will pay a commission to the registrar for any referrals. We will pass that commission on to the RSP. Basically, the customer must attempt to register the domain with you, be referred to .tv and register the domain immediately, all the cookies must get handed around so that this trail is verifiable. Such referrals are rare and commission payments are done by hand. turnaround time is 4-6 weeks.
