Who-Is fails on just ONE name???

Hi All, I am hoping Scott is watching... I have a domain that I need to find out the details on as we are going to start a transfer on and it will not come up. I tried all the other names that we were going to transfer, and they came up okay. Any ideas? I have tried them on the NSI links posted on here, OpenSRS, Veri-trash...
