It's not my problem eather (we advise not to take trademarks, unless rules are changed), but it's stupid that because of trademark they loose the first round of themself. The party who has the domain now whas not even in the picture. Even in round 2 you get to see who is the oponent and again nobody only himself. But now it's registered on someone else his name. This look like fake to me.
