It's not my problem eather (we advise not to take trademarks, unless rules
are changed), but it's stupid that because of trademark they loose the first
round of themself.
The party who has the domain now whas not even in the picture. Even in round
2 you get to see who is the oponent and
again nobody only himself.
But now it's registered on someone else his name. This look like fake to me.

We wait for an asnwer from Neulevel and see what those will tell. (Should be
a quote from the site like usual.)

You'll get no sympathy here.

Virtually all trademark claims were as phony as the .info ones. I've been
advised of such claims for words like cars, boats, loans, etc. Duh! Let's
see,
should I "proceed?"

Even those that are 100% legitimate -- your client's trademark, no doubt --
are generally limited to a class or two of goods/services. There is no
reason
that a trademark holder should automatically get any and all domains that
contains its mark. There may be many legitimate uses beyond the marks
boundary.

The system, however, has always been about who has most power. Clearly that
war is being waged by WIPO and many innocents have been dragged through
arbitration. I'm not excusing targeted speculation, that's wrong. But, I
certainly don't take a trademark claims on face value; they need to earn
respect.

Best, Loren

I checked the WHOIS for the second round names and we see that for
example a trademark holder loose the name on a normal company name. Our
client payed for the IP claim. (It's good that they are a big lawyer
office!) So now they loose the IP claim money??

Onother name was registered on a domainbroker instead of someone who
needs it for work.

Pffff all work was waysted time!!
I had already a bad feeling, but not like this!!
