LibertyRMS will be running the registry, OpenSRS will simply be a registrar
(and other registrars will appear as time goes on I'm sure)

I'm unsure about current domain holders, but there will likely be a grace
period granted to all current domain holders before renewals will start, due
to the transition from the old "registry" (wasn't really one before, just
side room deals I believe and nothing official on the back end).
