If there is no link it means our system did not initially automagically
parse the address from the whois.  This is done by our Admin staff
throughout the normal course of things, at which point an email will go and
the link will be present.  If you email me the domain offlist I can assist
further.

Also, this topic has been covered MANY times.  I strongly suggest people use
the archives, read the FAQs, and search our site for answers to these
questions.
