Hi,

Why woudn't an app that didn't survice de-dup show as "refunded" instead of
"denied"? Case in point:

ID Domain Name Order Date  Period Tickets Status Action
11041 sex.biz 07/27/01 2  1 refunded
47750 sex.biz 09/21/01 2  50 refunded

I'm assuming not all of these apps survived de-dup.

Denied means that during our deduplication process (before sending to the
registry) that particular application did not make it :)
