Worry about "Have been served", "Are being sued" and "Damn, lost the case!"

I was just informed that we are going to be sued because we are using a
banner that OPENSRS has available on their site for SRS resellers to use. He
says that it was stolen and since I am a OpenSRS reseller he is going to
pull you in on the suite as well. Any ideas Chuck?
