Be wary of bulk mail lest you be labelled a spammer. Your intentions may be noble, but there's alot of paranoia out there. So ... once you have your list of domains (the gathering of which you can probably hack together by modifying Tom Brown's password.cgi), run 'em through a script that gathers email addresses for each one prior to sending your newsletter.
