For the past week of two (maybe more) I've been having problems connecting to 
the OpenSRS systems. When browsing to http://resellers.opensrs.net, I 
sometimes get "The connection was refused by the remote host..." hitting 
refresh a few times, eventually, it works.

Also, I've had customers complaining that when managing their domains, they 
get dumped to the login screen. However, all they do is hit back and then 
make their selection again and it works. They never re-login.

Has anybody else seen these transient errors?
