Let me respond to this.  The only recourse now is to invoke any of the
dispute processes for .US against the registrant which can be found at
www.NeuStar.us (under the Policies Tab).  Or, as with any dispute, you may
also take advantages of any legal remedies in a United States court against
the actual registrant (if you are not successful during the initial
landrush).

Please do not dispute it with the registry, as we do not get involved in
intellectual property disputes among registrants.
