The "National Domain Name Registry", the Toronto based sleazebags who
faxed out those "someone is about to register this similar sounding
domain name to yours unless you pay us" faxes have agreed to pay 375K USD
to US regulators.

I don't know if that's good or bad. Firms don't usually "agree" to pay
fines unless its chump change to them. Anyhoo...the URL to the story
