Can you send the domain and details to support so they can track this issue?  Be sure to use the support address listed at the bottom of http://resellers.opensrs.net/ :)

When I look at the Waiting Request tab for a domain that has just been registered I see the following, anyone else seen this ?


I had another strange error yesterday.
for a .us-domain the contact information was empty, also there was no more Nexus information in the manage/opensrs
So I checked in the RWI, there too all information was empty.

When adding again contact and Nexus information in the manage/opensrs
everything was fine.

It seems the with the asynchronus registration process the information was removed.
