.tv pricing

Hi,   Just wanted to know how do we decide the pricing for .tv domains? I tried to execute the subroutine get_price (sub get_price) from reg_system.cgi which gave me annual price as $35 for all the .tv domains. however, the fact is price for .tv domains varies.   Regards, sanjay
