Error adding nameserver to biz registry

[myOstrich Internet]

I'm trying to add a nameserver to the .biz registry and get the
following error:

  Error adding nameserver: 400: 
  Unexpected response from registry: 705: 
  No RAs to service your domain. . 

Do I have to contact the .biz Registry to get this fixed or will it
eventually resolve.
