Title: Submitting .uk and .co.uk
There are two things you can check.

In the RWI, under "Place Order Manually", check your drop down for domains.  If .co.uk (and org.uk) are there, you're enabled.  If not, check our contracts page for instructions on how to proceed (and ensure you're enabled if you should be).

If this is ok, check your OpenSRS.conf file (client side) and look at the OPENSRS_TLD_REGEX and ensure that .co.uk and .org.uk are listed there.

Cheers :)

Subject: Submitting .uk and .co.uk

Hi All!

We recently upgraded to the latest greatest WRI for the land grab event.  Everything seems to be going fairly smooth.  However, it was brought to my attention that the .uk and .co.uk submission are being rejected with the following error:

Domain: <actualdomainremoved>.co.uk Registration attempt failed: Registration not allowed under this TLD.

This error looks like an OpenSRS generated error telling us we don't handle these types of domains, yet based on exchanged information with OpenSRS administrative staff we are approved and have access.

I would appreciate any information on how to determine whether this is a client side or server side issue, and how best to go about getting back on track with the .co.uk and .uk registrations.

   Thanks in advance!

Best regards,

Karyn
