We don't even give them the satisfaction of a nasty letter.
We figure sending them back empty is sort of the height of maliciousness.
That way it's quite obvious the *only* reason we send them back is to spend
their money.
;o)
Ahhh... That's so mean... I just feel awful... Yeah, right!
