The suit alleges VeriSign engaged in unfair practices with its recent "Domain Name Expiration Notice" marketing campaign. As a result of significant disruption in contractual relations with customers, BulkRegister will be asking for a temporary restraining order and injunction against VeriSign. A hearing on the matter is scheduled for tomorrow at 10 a.m.
