Hi,
we switched, some weeks ago, our dns server on another line, so another IP
address, but, even if it is all working right, the whois (for new domains
too) shows the old IP address...ie:
whois bestkevin.com
Domain Name: BESTKEVIN.COM
Registrar: TUCOWS, INC.
Whois Server: whois.opensrs.net
Referral URL: http://www.opensrs.org
Name Server: DNS.EASYASP.IT
Name Server: LENNA.EASYASP.IT
Updated Date: 23-feb-2002
...
Domain servers in listed order:
DNS.EASYASP.IT 194.244.91.2
LENNA.EASYASP.IT 194.244.91.12
if you try to resolve both names you get, correctly:
jenny:~:$ dig dns.easyasp.it
;; ANSWER SECTION:
dns.easyasp.it. 82587 IN A 151.8.67.2
jenny:~:$ dig lenna.easyasp.it
;; ANSWER SECTION:
lenna.easyasp.it. 82568 IN A 195.250.248.179
and if you search the domain:

so....why the whois shows the old IP address ? And even when I register a
new domain it is solved with old IP's...
