I sent this off this morning, and got a response back today stating that Dan had reported the problem to NetSol. I'll follow up with him in a couple of weeks if NetSol hasn't changed their whois data.

I am thinking, in particular, of the | domains NETSOL.COM and NETWORKSOLUTIONS.COM, both of which contain | obviously falsified email addresses and telephone numbers. | | I have asked representatives of Network Solutions about these inaccurate | records a number of times in the past, and the fact that they remain | inaccurate leads me to believe that Network Solutions is not interested | in correcting the data, and that they are therefore bound to delete | their own domain. | | Are registrars exempted from providing accurate whois information about | themselves due to some unwritten reference to RAA Subsection 3.3.1.3 | which commits the registrar to providing further information via media | other than WHOIS, or is Network Solutions in violation of their | accreditation agreement? | | If the latter, what steps should be taken to cancel the registration for | the above-mentioned domains? | | Thanks for your time. | | -- | Paul Chvostek <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> | Operations / Development / Abuse / Whatever vox: +1 416 598-0000 | it.canada http://www.it.ca/ | | ----- End forwarded message ----- -- Paul Chvostek <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Operations / Development / Abuse / Whatever vox: +1 416 598-0000 it.canada http://www.it.ca/
