It can take a couple of weeks.  While we submit (try to) weekly, GNR only
provides results every other week, and then we have to weave (ensure you
have funds, yada yada yada).  The latest batch should be sorted out this
week, and the rest in two weeks(ish)....

Then, a few more weeks until (finally) real-time
