I'd be interested to know what the exact errors that your customer is referring to... I'm sure outbound-response is setup to only parse specific information (i.e. having only [NIC-xxxxxxxxx]:xxxxxx.COM:xxxxxx:TRANSFER=YES as specified in the subject)
