I just registered a domain this afternoon about 5PM Eastern. It now shows up as Completed in the RWI, which can send the registrant a login password that allows access to the management interface, but it does *not* show up at whois.opensrs.net or at the root registry (either DNS or whois).
I've never seen this happen before. I thought the OpenSRS whois server was running from live data. Have there been changes, or is what's happening indicitive of a problem I should phone somebody about?
