About wether multilinguals we'll be notified with renewal management you
say:

Now are we saying, they DO NOT HAVE to be renewed (since they don't really
work) until further notice,  but the client will receive an email saying
they will expire... does this make sense.

Would it be possible to write a document to bring some "light" to all this
mess of multilingual domains.

I have a client who wants to transfer some domains but if he does he will
"renew" them in a way... but the question is does he really have to pay
renewal... can he just lay back untill something happens with multilingual
or could he losse his domains after supposed expiry date expressed in WHOIS.
