Hi Hugh, I'm a bit confused by your post. Did someone copy you site or agreement? If it's the site, you've been wronged and should demand that they create their own -- without using your copyrighted materials (you did say "copyright, 2002, blah, blah, blah???).
As to agreements, I'm told by a lawyer friend that -- by law -- copyright protection is prohibited. This make some sense, doesn't it? Otherwise, the first 100 lawyers to write agreements would "own" all the words; there wouldn't be any left to make a deal!
