You must make a TBR registration request to get it when it is released or wait until it moves from TBR to AVAIL. A very important thing to watch out for by the way is this situation: You have abc.on.ca Someone else has abc.bc.ca You let abc.on.ca lapse into SUSPEND mode. 30 days later it will get put back in the pool? Yes and No. abc.on.ca is made available for registration but since abc.bc.ca exists it will not go to TBR.
