Hrm... I'd have to see the domain in question myself.  I've personally had no problems on info domain changes.

Subject: problem with .info changes (bug?)

I noticed a small promlem the last day with an update of an .info domain:

I changed the registrant, admin and billing for the .info domain
at http://manage.opensrs.net for a client

The original record with all required fields + the optional fields 'state' and 'fax'
The new record was all the required fields, but I just removed the
'state' + removed the 'fax' = empty fields.

When looking at whois.afilias.info the changed were OK, except the
'fax' + 'state' remained the old fields from the previous owner.
(whereas at http://manage.opensrs.net the fields 'fax' + 'state' where empty)

I did the changes again twice, but the 'state' + 'fax' did not change to empty at Afilias.

So today I did another change, I added the state for the new owner, and it resolved
at Afilias very quickly, but still the old 'fax' value is persistent.

It seems that either there is a bug in the OpenSRS script (treating empty field in changes
as 'no change') or at Afilias (treating new empty field in changes as 'no change')

Anybody else noticed the problem?

Matthias
