What struck me the most in this prepared statement before congress is
how unprofessional and whiney it seemed. 

Through in a batch of double-speak, mix in some legalese out of any
context, and claim that your monopoly powers are really inovation at
work in a free and open marketplace. Give me a break.

I certainly hope this doesn't convince anyone in congress that
monopolies are a good thing...
