Here's additional answers from our Cert product manager (who is now Kim
Phelan, and will be posting to the list soon)

1. For order process questions, first consult the
certificateregistration.com site, to see if the questions can be answered
there, you can also verify the order there. Barring that- you can also email
entrust at [EMAIL PROTECTED]

2. For certs part way through the process:
        - If the cert is marked as issued but not used, it can be cancelled from
the RWI environment (you have issued the key, but they have not
redeemed)
as long as it is within 30 days of issue
        - Certs will not be marked as Used until the actual cert is issued to the
requestor. So certs part way through the verification process (as
long as
within the 30 days of issue)can be cancelled
        - Should the cert be actually issued (marked as a used state) no refund
         will be available

3. Individuals vs. Corporations- If the domain who is and the applicant do
not match, the application will be rejected. These must match in order for
the verification to be successful. Once they have been changed to match,
you can resend the application, by visiting the certificateregistration.com
site using the existing registration code.
This FAQ outlines much of these same issues.

Verification of an individual must be submitted with 2 pieces of
identification:
i) a valid driver's license (or) passport photo
ii) a void cheque with the persons name on the cheque
