Apologies for the lack of information on the next page. We're awaiting clarification of AUTH_CODE policy from the .us/.biz registry. You'd typically see something like this:
https://rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net/transfers/info_authinfo.html Note that this is ".info" centric, so the policies and procedures there wouldn't apply for .biz/.us (working on this). Basically, the "auth code" is an extra piece of information that's associated with the domain to prove "ownership". This is available (for OpenSRS domain) via the Manage interface (https://manage.opensrs.net/) under "Domain Extras" (older versions of the code that had this would show it under "Organization" contact - that changed 3 or 4 versions ago) Charles Daminato OpenSRS Product Manager Tucows Inc. - [EMAIL PROTECTED] > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Jesse > Williams-Proudman > Sent: July 8, 2002 2:25 PM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: Authorization Code For Transfer of .us > > > I'm trying to assist a client in a domain transfer for a .us > domain and it's > asking for the Authorization code.
