We all think this dude/dudette, should be removed already(everyone in our Company that is). He obviously did it on purpose by saying "Dear Discuss". Not a oversight.
He should just do like everyone else does, just put a link under his name (when talking about a decent topic that everyone MIGHT want to discuss), to his site, then let everyone go find it out for themselves. No one wants to read about how you **THINK** you conquered the market!
