Do you have to sign this agreement and fax it back again or just revise the new terms and conditions on website?

The link specified with the 'new' documents is leading to the reseller agreement.
Of course the Nominet Terms & Conditions are included within the document.
But it is a *.pdf file and I am unable to strip of the 'Terms & Conditions' only
(and I think most of Tucows resellers will not be able to easely cut this part form the document)
