Us, too. New signups were down at least 20% from about mid-May to mid-July. June was bad. It seems to have picked up in the last week. Perhaps just a question of it being summer in the Northern hemisphere and the July 4th holiday in the US? Internet use drops during the summer -- people are enjoying themselves in parks, socializing in the evenings, and so forth.
