Ok, I am going from memory here but hopefully it will be of some help get their login and password to Netsol domain management login if there are more than one domains, select your domain in pull down menu you can find something like Update Domain Contacts - there replace their handle in Admin Contact with your Netsol Handle and save/update then keep checking whois and wait till it updates to reflect your handle - then initiate the domain transfer and you will be the one receiving all verification emails.
