By the way a suggestion:
Wouldn't it be a good idea to create a 'knowledge base' at
Tucows (with search possibility) for the resellers?
So if somebody posts a question like this one,
you (Tucows staff) just additionally add the question
and the answer to the knowldge base.
next time somebody else might just search for ccTLD
and will find the answer. (togehter with other problems
concerning ccTLD) Much more efficient than
searching through the posts of this list f.ex.
(also more convineint for Tucows support staff - less requests)
