The registry has renamed some of the nameservers in its database to
lameXXXX.lame-delegation.org.  Those nameservers were all under domains
sponsored by the Verisign registrar which had long expired (e.g.
ns1.expired-domain.com) and it was necessary to rename the nameservers in
order to allow for those expired domains to be deleted.  Only the server
names were changed, not the IP addresses, so this shouldn't have any
effect on any domains which are actively using these nameservers.  It's
probably more likely that the DNS records on the nameservers themselves
were modified.
