See below, the URL doesn't contain an ID. So, what happens is it goes first 
to https://rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net/transfers/index.cgi?away=1 and after 
inserting domain/password it then grabs the ID from the domain data and 
correctly shows the custom page plus logo. I haven't seen a transfer-to-page 
lately, so I can't say how that currently behaves.
Nevertheless, I think BOTH URLs should have the rid part and at least the 
transfer-away-page doesn't currently have.
