The problem is when the admin contact does nothing, and the transfer goes 
through automatically after five days. Then there's no message (I, too, 
would very much like to see this).

While we're on the subject of messaging, I'd still like to have the 
ability to turn off the "Transfer Successfully Completed" message to the 
end user. (I do my own messaging for that, and the automatic OpenSRS one 
is misleading in the context of my business model.) This is the only 
end-user message that can't be turned off; I've been told for a while now 
that this is an oversight that will be fixed in the future.
