How to get domains deleted

I wrote 5 days ago to support to get deleted 5 domains + had sent a fax.

I got shortly after the reply, that 'deleting is only possible for 1 domain which was registered in error ...', but I did not request to get any refunds, just to get the domains deleted (without any refund)
So I replied immediately, but got no reply since 3 days.
('want simply to get deleted the domains, no refund')

How to get the domains deleted?
I can not find any link in the RWI.
