List generated by (slowly) walking the RIPE and APNIC IP WHOIS database (not every single IP #, nnn.nnn.0.0 nnn.nnn.16.0 nnn.nnn.24.0 ... ) So there COULD be some small assignments of GOOD locations in that list. Likewise bad locations missing. We have customers who don't want their websites available to those countries. That's why we generated the list.
