Originally it was used exclusively with the WorldNIC service that Netsol
used to run prior to ICANNs existence (domain *reservations*, web
forwarding, mail forwarding).  WorldNIC was later rebranded as something
like "RegistrationPlus" and now I believe its just optional add on fee
based services.
