Actually, Chuck is wrong. You knew it had to happen sometime :)

Basically, if your RSP stops supporting you, you will have to find a new
provider. The only time you need to contact us is if the Domain
ownership (Registrant info) is incorrect.

All dead/non-responding Reseller issues are handled by the Compliance
Department and they can be reached at [EMAIL PROTECTED]
