look for it in the root zone files, if you have them. 

as far as I know, the root servers will no longer hand out A records
directly. They only hand out NS records and the corresponding A records. I
would guess the host is still refered to by another domain (or was when
netsol did their purge). I'd go get a copy but I can't find my online
password, and my hardcopy records are at the other office...

that said,  the problem with "we have a problem with ns5.luxadmin.org" is
not actually stated. What is it?
