I specifically put in transfer requests for two domains that we are the
administrative contract for back last Saturday.  We got all the Tucows
notices about the transfer but never received the Netsol requests.  ....and
then today we got the "deny" email from Network Solutions saying that we
never confirmed nor denied the request for domain name transfers.

One domain does not expire until March of next year - and the other one
expires at the *end* of January.

I have seen our friends at Verizon do bad things in the past, on the telecom
side, but Network Solutions is even worse.

Isn't ICANN getting tired of dealing with NetSol complaints?

What can I do to voice my objections to ICANN?
