all Tucows owned IP ranges (Arin is nice), and any mail coming from there

Hi Mike,
Do you mean the new orders messages? Here you are a part of the
header of the messages I receive that shows the IPs.
Received: from mail.dnsvr.com
([64.21.143.21]) Received:
from osrs1.opensrs.net (osrs1.opensrs.net [216.40.33.75])
Note that [216.40.33.75] sometimes may be [216.40.33.76]. If that
what you mean I hope it may help you.
