It's best just to allow mail from 216.40.32.0/20 (16 Class C's), since these are all Tucows owned IP ranges (Arin is nice), and any mail coming from there would be from our systems.

Hi Mike,

Do you mean the new orders messages?
Here you are a part of the header of the messages I receive that shows the IPs.

        Received: from mail.dnsvr.com ([64.21.143.21])
        Received: from osrs1.opensrs.net (osrs1.opensrs.net [216.40.33.75])

Note that [216.40.33.75] sometimes may be [216.40.33.76].
If that what you mean I hope it may help you.

Best Regards,

Ramy Nabil

Hi All,     I have stopped receiving my sales orders. Does anyone know the IP that they come from OpenSRS? I have been receiving a lot of SPAM and the only thing I can think of is that IP has been blocked. You can send it off list if needed. It would help a bunch....
