If the names are actually CORE names, drop me a note. If they are TotalNIC
names, I'm not sure that I can help much. Despite repeated attempts over a
long period of time, TotalNIC has yet to show me the courtesy of returning
my calls/emails.

There is nothing under our contracts that we can do to a) force them to pick
up the phone or b) compel them to unlock any names. Hopefully our work
within ICANN on transfers bears some fruit soon and these guys simply go
away.
