Ok, I have a reseller customer of ours that has a .co.uk domain that was an RSP-RSP transfer. The necessary procedures were done and the domain hence moved. However the domain becomes moved to "our" profile as we are the OpenSRS reseller and our customer is just a reseller of ours. So..

It is my understanding that the domain is first transfered to the OpenSRS reseller, and from there you need to log into the domain itself using the user/pass for that domain and then transfer it to their profile, ie., our reseller. Or they can of course just log into the domain (once it has been added to our profile) and then move it to theirs? Correct?

However, if they (our reseller) does not know the user/pass, since the domain is in our profile we can email it to them. But if they do not have the email address, or it is not valid, etc., then they have to follow the usual proceedure of faxing a copy of an ID, etc.. blah, blah, correct?

Then, once they have the login information they can log into https://manage.opensrs.net and move the domain their profile etc. Again, correct?

Am I missing anything? Or should I in the future list their profile name as the one that the transfer should be made to? Can that even be done, or do I always have to list my reseller username?

thank you.
